Community Guidelines

Violent Content: You may not share graphic media that is excessively gory or depicting sexual violence. Content that explicitly threatens, incites, glorifies, or expresses a desire for violence is also prohibited.

Violent & Hateful Entities: Affiliating with or promoting activities of violent and hateful entities is not permitted on Sociably.

Child Safety: We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual exploitation. Media depicting physical child abuse is strictly removed to prevent the normalization of violence against children.

Abuse and Harassment: Engaging in targeted harassment, sharing abusive content, or inciting others to harass individuals is not allowed. All interactions should remain respectful and considerate.

Hateful Conduct: Attacking or discriminating against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease is strictly prohibited.

Perpetrators of Violent Attacks: Accounts belonging to individuals who commit terrorist, violent extremist, or mass violent attacks will be removed, along with any content that disseminates their manifestos or related materials.

Suicide and Self-Harm: Promoting or encouraging suicide or self-harm is not allowed. We aim to provide a supportive environment for all users.

Adult Content: Adult content is not permitted on Sociably. This includes any form of nudity, sexual behavior, or explicit material. Non-consensual sharing of intimate photos is strictly forbidden.

Illegal or Regulated Goods and Services: Using Sociably for unlawful purposes or facilitating illegal activities, including the sale or purchase of illegal or regulated goods and services, is prohibited.

Private Information

Publishing or posting others' private information, such as home phone numbers or addresses, without their explicit consent is not allowed. This includes threatening to expose private information or incentivizing others to do so.

Account Compromise: Attempting to use credentials, passwords, tokens, keys, cookies, or other data to access, add, delete, or modify another user's account or private information without authorization is not permitted.

Platform Manipulation and Spam: Using Sociably to artificially amplify or suppress information, manipulate engagement metrics, or disrupt the user experience is prohibited. This includes spamming and coordinated inauthentic behavior.

Misleading and Deceptive Identities: Impersonating individuals, groups, or organizations to deceive, confuse, or mislead others is not permitted. Using fake identities or profiles in a manner that disrupts the experience of other users is prohibited.

Synthetic and Manipulated Media: Deceptively sharing synthetic or manipulated media that are likely to cause harm is not allowed. We may label posts containing such media to help users understand their authenticity and provide additional context.

Copyright and Trademark: Violating others' intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark, is prohibited. This includes unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarked logos.

Enforcement: Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from Sociably, depending on the severity of the offense.

Reporting Violations: If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or contact our team at support@sociably.app.

Review Process: All reports are reviewed by our team. We strive to respond promptly and take appropriate action to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.
